Some very “good” fans feel the need to give me some comic book where father Gabriel is killed. They were very happy to give it to me. However, in the comics the death of my hero is presented very horrible and cruel way, so I see no reason not to carry it in the show because the word “cruel” is perfect to describe it! Gabriel doesn’t look negative character, but at the same time, no one knows what we can expect from him. Did you worry that even a couple episodes and kill him in a basement somewhere?
I don’t usually read comics, so I am very grateful to those fans who bring them to me. I don’t read them, I would of had no idea what had to go through my hero. And at first, when I was just starting to get into the role, it was a character only a three-part arch, so he simply had no chance to survive. Because it is very poorly prepared for this world. So I hope that it will be even tougher, and I will be able to practice a variety of screams.
About religion:
Was there any feedback about the character from the real priests?
Yes, some women-clerics shared his opinion. They liked my performance. They particularly mentioned some of the things they like from the religious point of view, but in General they, like the rest of the fans just hated my character.
You carefully studied the religious side of the hero?
In fact, I try to avoid, as far as possible. This is too heavy a burden. I think that priests, nuns and other followers of religion there is a huge belief. Being younger, I tried to experience each role in your own life, but it was a pretty exhausting experience, which, moreover, surprised the people around me.
About zombie Apocalypse:
What would we do if this situation became reality?

(…) And I honestly prefer to think that we would have acted heroically, just like Rick, Daryl or Michonne. I think people were interested in this answer also because, in their opinion, would rather we did just as Gabriel began to hide, deny and do anything for the sake of survival with the least damage to yourself.
