Roman Shadrin accused of committing crimes in the Donbass.
The chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine reported about suspicion to the citizen of Russia, major General of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation Roman Shadrin. About it reports a press-service GPU.
Shadrina accused of committing crimes under part 1 of article 258-3 (participation in a terrorist organization), part 2 of article 28, part 2 of article 437 (waging aggressive war), part 1 of article 438 (bestowal of orders to commit cruel treatment of the civilian population) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
It is established that “Roman Shadrin in the period from October 2014 to August 2015, acting by prior conspiracy with other government officials and officials of the armed forces, being in the position of the so-called Deputy Minister of “state security Ministry” of the terrorist organization LNR, and participated in waging aggressive war against Ukraine”.
In particular, Shadrin organized the shelling of the AFU positions in the Lugansk region. Also he is accused of organizing kidnappings of civilians, including Russian citizens.
“The suspect is wanted, is preparing a petition for permission to arrest with the aim to participate in the consideration of the petition for election measures of restraint in form of detention”, – noted in GPU.
