Auditors during the inspection revealed illegal expenses in the organization of the competition.
National public broadcasting company of Ukraine has allowed financial irregularities in the organization of “Eurovision-2017”. It was established by the state auditing service of Ukraine.
“Established facts of illegal expenditure and shortfall PAO NOTE funds totaling 8.6 million UAH, irregularities in the bookkeeping and in the conduct of procurement procedures for a total amount 468,7 million hryvnias”, – is spoken in the message.
The winning bidder was not able to fulfill the order. Hired subcontractors to perform the work cheaper.
“One of the enterprises carried out the purchase and rental of metal detectors in the amount of UAH 1.2 million just after winning the tender, leaving them out for two weeks PJSC “NOTE” already over 2,7 million UAH”, – stated in the investigation.
Half of the money sent by foreign companies. They are almost impossible to verify.
Thanks to audit failed to prevent violations of the 2.1 million UAH.
