In Kiev on the eve of “Eurovision-2017” will “box” the police, according to foreign experience, the use of which significantly reduces the level of aggression of participants of mass events.

“The police Dialogue is another step in the preparations for the Eurovision song contest. “Dialogue” the police are now in Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
As noted, the methodology of dialogue is widely used in the EU, developed over a decade ago in Germany and Sweden and is to protect the rights of citizens to freedom of Assembly.
“Anti-conflict group of police, dressed in colorful jackets instead of the usual uniforms of the units of special forces, are among the crowd. The police are in constant contact with people, so everyone understands their rights and responsibilities, and the meeting participants feel safe”, – is spoken in the message.
It was also noted that workers were 6 trainings organized by the Advisory mission of the European Union (EUAM Ukraine), 120 law enforcement officers were the pioneers of the Ukrainian police dialogue and will now apply their knowledge in 10 major cities across the country, 23 graduate courses received certificates coaches will continue to teach their colleagues.
