EU to extend for six months sanctions against Russia

Sanctions extended against 150 people and 37 organizations for threatening Ukraine’s territorial integrity.

The EU has extended for six months the sanctions against 150 people and 37 organizations from Russia and Ukraine, imposed because of threats to the territorial integrity of Ukraine, special correspondent of Radio Freedom Rikard Jozwiak on Twitter.

“Sanctions against Russia and separatists in Ukraine is now extended. Dead separatists Tsepkalo and Pavlov, known as “Motorola” removed (from the list – ed)”, – he wrote.

Recently the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation stated that Russia is not asking the West to lift sanctions.

And Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that sanctions against Russia will be indefinitely.
