AS Prosperus Capital seeks contributions residents of the European Union, as well as investors from Eastern Europe.
AS Prosperus Capital of Tallinn, intends to purchase 178 million or 80,87% of ordinary shares of the company “Trest “Kyivmiskbud-2”.
According to the information disclosure system of the national Commission on securities and stock market, as of the third quarter of 2016 to the same stake in the company “Trest “Kyivmiskbud-2” owned “Kepka holdings limited” (Limassol, Cyprus).
Prosperus Capital shares of the trust previously did not own. The company is engaged in attracting funds from residents of the European Union, as well as investors from Eastern Europe. Funds placed in securities and various financial instruments, as well as development projects and rental of commercial and residential real estate.
Its partners are the consulting company NRD Advice, auditing firm EY, investment company United Partners Group, and in the direction of real estate development and property management of commercial and residential real estate main partner is the company Brodal Holding.
“Trest “Kyivmiskbud-2” was created in 1995. Operates in the field of engineering, construction of buildings, letting of own and state real estate industrial-technological and cultural purpose. The main customers of the trust are Kyiv city and regional state administrations.
