As reported by Zubko, funds will be used for project development, decentralization and e-government.
Between Estonia and Ukraine will be signed the Memorandum on implementation of project “Support of e-government to decentralization in Ukraine” (EGOV4UKRAINE) for 5.7 million euros. This is stated in the press service of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine.
According to soobsheniy its intention to sign the corresponding Memorandum stated Vice Prime Minister – Minister of regional development, construction, housing and utilities Gennadiy Zubko at the meeting with the Director of development the e-governance Academy of Estonia Hannes Astakam. The meeting was held in the framework of the official visit of Ukrainian delegation to the Republic of Estonia headed by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
“Project EGOV4UKRAINE we strengthen Ukrainian-European program for the implementation of decentralization U-LEAD, which started in Ukraine in September 2016. EGOV4UKRAINE aimed at improving the process of providing administrative services in local communities through the tools of e-government”, – said Zubko.
According to him, the project includes “development and implementation of flexible and efficient it architecture, information systems and technical solutions of tspau (Centers of administrative services – Ed.)”.
“The main thing capacity of the project will, first and foremost, make use of the head of the OTO (United territorial communities – Ed.). The Memorandum will be signed between the national Agency for electronic government of Ukraine and the Academy of e-government in Estonia”, – said Zubko.
