Epiphanius was surrounded by “Pro-Moscow forces” — Filaret

Honorary ptsu Patriarch Filaret said about the forces that want to destroy the Ukrainian Church.

Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Epiphanios was surrounded by “Pro-Moscow forces”. This view was made an honorary Patriarch Filaret after the Synod ptsu may 24 in Kiev, writes the online edition of the Chronicle.info with reference to the Ukrainian truth.

In his opinion, “Pro-Moscow forces” are trying to destroy the Church.

“Our Primate surrounded Pro-Moscow forces that have come here to destroy our Church,” said Filaret.

With this honor, the Patriarch did not mention the names of the representatives of these forces, but stated that “ready to call each of them by name, if need be”.

He also added that some of the requirements of the Tomos of autocephaly for Ukraine do not fit the Church and its provisions can not agree.

Filaret stressed that adopts Tomos, but only in the part where the Ukrainian Autocephalous Church is called.

“We take Tomos and thank him. But we accept the part where we recognize an Autocephalous Church. But it says that we can’t take care of our Ukrainians living abroad. I’m against it, and against the Ukrainians”, — said Filaret.

According to the Patriarch, this situation, because “Tomos we were shown and given after the Cathedral, we didn’t know what it says”.
