Prosecutors decided the holding of the meeting impractical.
The Kyiv court of appeals postponed the hearing in the matter of ex-the head of fraction of Party of regions Alexander Efremov on March 15.
Protection tried to appeal against the first arrest of Ephraim, according to which he must spend behind bars until March 17. However, the lawyers refused because the appeal period expired a few months ago.
Prosecutors believe the conduct of the meeting unfeasible, because Ephraim four times already continued the arrest. Thus, he will be under arrest until March 17.
Also the court has satisfied the petition of lawyers, demanding that prosecutors had provided the original documents, because, according to them, in the documents there is no evidence of the crimes.
