England and Germany declared a boycott of the Moscow

The reason for this was the 2018 world Cup.

England and Germany refuse to be based in Moscow during the world championship on football of 2018. The reason for this boycott of Russia’s capital from the two countries are traffic jams.

In the course of the Confederations Cup 2017 head coach of England’s Gareth Southgate and his assistant Steve Holland visited Russia to assess the transport system in Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Kazan and Sochi, reports ESPN.

According to the source, the traffic situation in the capital of Russia has forced the Football Association of England to eliminate Moscow as a base of the national team for the 2018 world Cup.

Another team, refused a base in the capital of Russia is Germany. It is noted that the leadership of Germany expects to stay in Sochi, where the Germans held several matches of the Confederations Cup.
