Well-known Russian artist Sergei Elkin drew a new cartoon, which showed how Russian President Vladimir Putin is protected from criticism of your work.
The picture published on Facebook-page of the edition of Deutsche Welle.

The picture shows Putin, which covers Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev from criticism from Russians who speak out against the corruption of power throughout the country.
