To establish the results of the second round of presidential elections in Ukraine in the sixth court of appeals was filed two claims, which related to the inactivity of the Central election Commission. This was stated by the Chairman of the CEC Tatyana Slipachuk.

According to her, both claims were reviewed.

“It was two cases, both concerned the inactivity of the CEC summarizing the results of voting on the basis of receiving the data electronically. According to the law, it is not the basis for the CEC to summarize the results of the voting”, – said Slipachuk.
