Egyptian archaeologists have unearthed hall of the Pharaoh Ramesses

Egyptian archaeologists have discovered in the suburbs of Cairo al – Mataria – ancient hall era of the reign of the Pharaoh Ramses II. The building is well preserved and is considered an important discovery, said the head of the expedition, Mamdouh al-Damati.

According to historians, the monarch led the Ancient Egypt from 1279 to 1213 B. E. the building was used by the prehistoric king for special ceremonies. Scientists have found at the site of the ruins of the brick walls, jars of clay and stone tablets with hieroglyphics.

It is known that Rameses (Ramesses), the Second (contemporaries called ruler “Pharaoh dreams”, “King-sun” and “King of kings”) has strengthened the authority of the country victories, conquests and the development of new areas.

According to legend, the representative of the XIX-th dynasty lived longer than 100 years, 67 of which led the state. He had about 100 children from 60 wives.
