Some Odessans have the right to obtain a refund for the unused subsidy.
More than 1754 inhabitants of Odessa will receive a distinctive award for saving gas and electricity for heating homes. To take effect program is the monetization of subsidies, according to which a consumer who used the heating less resources than expected subsidy, can receive monetary compensation.
The Department of labour and social policy say: monetization is one of the incentives to continue to make efficient use of resources. “People need to contact the social security district office and specify the Bank account number or mailing address to which you can transfer money,” — said the head of the Department of labour and social policy of the city Council Elena Chinese.
According to her, in Odessa counted 1754 people who have the right to obtain a refund for the unused subsidy. Depending on the consumption of gas or electricity, the amount of such compensation may range from a few UAH to 700 UAH.
According to the official, all the regional management of social protection have already received the lists of those who can get money, and told people about it. Contact your district office before 1 September, or to receive compensation has not come out, officials say.
