Businessman Petro Dyminsky has not appeared for questioning by the police at 10 am Wednesday in the case of a fatal accident in the Lviv region. This “Ukrainian truth” said a member of the Board of the interior Ministry Anton Gerashchenko.
“He arrived at the interrogation, which was scheduled for 10 am today,” – said Gerashchenko.
He added that Dimensao was given two summons for questioning, the second on Friday.
On the question of what the police will do if Dyminsky second time will not appear for questioning, Gerashchenko said, “Then it will be the decision of the investigator about the drive in for questioning,” he said, adding that in this case, the investigator will be able to use force, within the framework of the law Dyminsky has arrived for questioning.
