Dying mother Chiygoza was offered to go to him in jail

The court extended arrest of Deputy head of Mejlis Chiygoza to 8 July 2017.

The lawyer of one of the leaders of the Crimean Tatars Akhtem chigusa Nikolai Polozov called blasphemy the proposal of the Russian Ombudsman to bring terminally ill mother of the defendant in the prison to meet with his son.

This was the defender said in a video posted to Facebook.

“Today I called the Commissioner for human rights in Crimea Lyudmila Depth on instructions of the Ombudsman of Russia Tatiana Moskalkova and announced that the date may be granted, provided that the patient’s mother Akhtem chigusa bring to Simferopol in the ambulance. Today, relatives reported that the representative of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia came to the place of residence of the mother of Akhtem chigusa with the same offer. This decision is the same unscrupulous, the same blasphemous and inhumane” – said Polozov.

According to him, conveying the mother Chiygoza impossible, because it could kill her.

The lawyer turned to the Ombudsman of Russia Tatyana Moskalkova, Chairman of the Council on human rights Mikhail Fedotov, the office of the high Commissioner for human rights of the UN, OSCE and the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to immediately intervene in this situation.

Recall, the court extended the arrest of the Deputy head of the Majlis Chiygoza to 8 July 2017.

Ahtem Chiygoz was detained on 29 January 2015. He was charged with “organizing and participating in mass riots at the walls of the Crimean Parliament on 26 February 2014,” five Crimean Tatars – Mustafa degermendzhi, Ali Asanov, Arsen Yunusov, Eskender Kantemirov and Eskender Amiraliev – participation in mass riots. They reject the accusations against herself.
