“Blade runner 2049” made in the rental are not as good as I could have, but hardly anyone will turn the language to blame for the failure of Director Denis Villeneuve – a man took a picture, which, if inferior to the cult masterpiece by Ridley Scott, very little of it and not on the part of directing.
Plus on account of Villeneuve’s more than good in every sense “Captive” and “Arrival” so that, presumably, credibility Denis has not yet exhausted. And that’s good, because Villeneuve will shoot a new adaptation of the science fiction novel of Frank Herbert “dune”.
About the project we wrote a year ago. Then recalled and the previous adaptation of this book – there were a few, but the most famous is, of course, “dune” (1984) David Lynch.
In the latest interview with Yahoo! Villeneuve said that his version of “Dune” will be completely different.
David Lynch filmed the adaptation in the 80s, which is a very strong quality. I mean that David Lynch is one of the best filmmakers among the living, I respect him very much. But when I looked it up adaptation – I was impressed, but it was not what I wanted, so I’m trying to do the adaptation of my dreams… there will not be any ties with the movie of David Lynch. I return to the book and show what I saw when I read it.
Recall the synopsis of the movie Lynch:
