The book contains three sections: the first biographical information about the authors; in the latter, phone conversations and in the third, concluding part, a brief manual drawing.

In publication with a circulation of 7000 copies includes transcripts of conversations of phone pranksters, and the secrets of professional joke. The authors tell how to organize the call, to choose the topic of conversation, and other details of their activities, the newspaper writes.

Note, Alexey Stolyarov (Lexus) and Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vovan) was known for phone pranks of politicians, public figures and businessmen. Among the “victims” of the media by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, US Senator John McCain, British musician Elton John, the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko and many others.
