Hot drinks spoil vitamins.
Researchers from the University of East Anglia found that beverages and products with high temperature, can reduce the absorption of iron up to 80%. They can also kill the beneficial bacteria contained in probiotic products such as yoghurts, kefir, yoghurt and cheese.
To make vitamins and supplements an effective, scientists are advised to drink water or dairy products (milk, kefir, ryazhenka). The best time to receive them, experts believe Breakfast because in the morning the bowel is most susceptible to vitamins and supplements. After taking you must wait at least an hour before drinking coffee, tea or hot food.
