Headache is a symptom and not the disease.
Frequently caused due to spasm of blood vessels of the brain, the cause of which may be different.
It can be:
– insufficient intake of nutrients to the brain, blood vessels and nerves,
– the impact of the flu or other viral infections,
– the impact of external factors = smoke, poor lighting,
– the impact of alcohol and drugs
– hormonal changes.
Dental disease, eye fatigue, allergies, low back pain and deformity of the cervical spine may also cause headaches.
In some cases, it is a brain tumor, meningitis, hypertension and stroke.
Most often the headache passes after the restoration of the disturbed conditions of proper breathing or supply (fresh air, rest, cleansing the stomach and intestines).
Prevention of headache
