Who doesn’t love to lie in bed and delay this necessary lift to work? Perhaps, all! But, according to scientists, women early the climb is more difficult than men.
Doctor of medical Sciences, neurologist Christopher winter argues that women need 20 minutes more sleep than men. The female brain, according to him, is more complex and performs many functions. So the rest he needs during sleep is slightly larger than the human brain.
You can believe in it or not, lack of sleep, attention of scientists has serious consequences for mental and physical health of women.
Anyway, sleep is necessary and useful. Do not neglect your rest. This applies to both men and women.
