Green tea with ginger, lemon juice, honey, red pepper and mint

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon green tea 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1,5 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3-4 mint leaves, crushed red pepper to taste.

Method of preparation

Put into a teapot of green tea, mint leaves and grated ginger, add 500 ml boil water and dissolve honey in there. To give the drink a brew for 5-6 minutes, then stir and strain. Ginger squeeze.

• Add to drink lemon juice and pepper. Drink hot or chilled.

• Hot drink is useful for depression and colds.
