1. Legumes
All varieties of legumes contain tannins. This is the substance that causes migraines.

To reduce your symptoms, reduce the consumption of legumes to a minimum or completely discard them.

2. Pickles

Sausage, ham and bacon contain a lot of substances that can cause headaches. These products do not just contain tyramine. They also contain conservatives and other chemicals that are harmful, in fact increase migraine attacks.

9. Dairy products
Cream (whole) milk is a fatty dairy products, so avoid them if you have a headache.

10. Alcoholic beverages
