Walking is good for health
A group of scientists from McMaster University in Canada found that 30 minutes of physical activity five days a week can reduce risks of developing cardiovascular and other diseases, and prolong life.
The research assistants attracted 130 thousand people from 17 countries. All of them completed the survey, answering how much time to devote to physical activity in a week. Thus, their condition was followed for nearly seven years, given the level of morbidity and mortality.
In the end it turned out that people who pay fast walking more than 750 minutes, reduce the risk of death by 36 percent.
But researchers note that in addition to the walk you can also do Jogging, swimming, going to workout in the gym and perform other types of physical activity.
