The former head of the Kharkiv regional state administration Mykhailo Dobkin outrageous responded to the tweet of Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin.
“Skirmish” took place under the Minister of the anniversary of the death of Vasyl Makukha, who with the words “long live free Ukraine!” burned the capital.
Klimkin called on the Ukrainians to remember the price of given freedom. But Dobkin urged officials to repeat such an act.
