European observers have reported violations of the Minsk agreements, the self-proclaimed DND.
OSCE observers not allowed in Yasinovataya Donetsk region to monitor the progress of repairs on the water supply. This is stated in the message of the mission on Twitter.
“Member “DNR” with the call “Evil” OSCE SMM denies access to Yasinovataya, violation of the Minsk agreement and not allowing them to contribute to repair of the important objects of water supply”, – informs the OSCE.
Recall, June 20 at the train station in Yasinovataya, gunmen attacked and shelled OSCE observers.
On 17 July the European observers were not able to get in Svetlodarsk, as the parties of the conflict have not cleared the road to the city.
