Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Firtash was arrested in Vienna on the basis of the warrant of arrest that was issued by Spain.
About it writes The Guardian with reference to the press-Secretary of Prosecutor’s office of Vienna after the court granted the request for extradition of the businessman of the United States.
“Firtash’s arrest is technically not associated with the court’s decision on extradition was made on the basis of a warrant issued by Spain”, – the newspaper quotes words of the representative of the Prosecutor’s office.
