Yesterday, September 10, in the Vinnytsia region, was detained the man. He shot from a gun of his own neighbor and injured two villagers. The incident occurred in the village Lukashova Lipovetsky district.
At the scene immediately arrived employees of law enforcement bodies. The attacker did not immediately surrender and threatened to kill police officers, so the police had to divert his attention and force to take away guns.
As it became known later, 64-the summer inhabitant of the village in his backyard spoke with 45-year-old neighbor and his friends, then grabbed a gun and for no reason started shooting. One of the bullets hit right in the heart of a neighbor, which led to instant death. Another man was in the hospital, but his health is not in danger, the third escaped with minor abrasions.
As reported by the Department of communication GU NP Vinnytsia region, the gunman was not able to explain what led to this behavior. Conflict with a neighbor and victims. Will be appointed forensic psychiatric examination, which will determine the sanity of the “arrow”. For his actions he faces up to 15 years in prison, according to part 2. art. 15 of CC of Ukraine.
