Sad news from Italy.
Director and screenwriter Umberto Lenzi (Umberto Lenzi) died today at the age of 86.
Umberto Lenzi is considered one of the founders of the subgenre of films about cannibals: he directed such films as “cannibal Holocaust 2” (Mangiati vivi!, 1980) and “Cannibal” (Cannibal Ferox, 1981).
