Pechersk court of Kyiv has chosen for 50-year-old man who threatened to blow up a grenade in the premises of the Kyiv clinical hospital №12, the measure of restraint in form of detention.
We will remind, on August 8 in Department of therapy in which the treatment of his wife, the man brought three grenades and threatening to undermine them in the hospital premises.
After a lot of persuasion of the medical staff, the man, who was intoxicated, agreed to leave. Leaving a grenade in the room, the attacker left the hospital.
During the inspection of the apartment where the man lived, police found and seized two items, similar to F1 grenades with fuses in fighting condition. The withdrawn subjects are directed to conduct examinations.
The attacker reported suspected of committing a crime under part 4 St. 296 criminal code of Ukraine (hooliganism committed with a firearm). For the committed it is threatened by punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years.
