Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich broke my arm playing sports. He said this at a briefing in Voronezh.
According to the Agency, Dvorkovich came to answer questions from the press with the tire on the hand.
“Sports. The fracture, unfortunately, had to do the surgery. Everything will be fine, all good,” he said.
To the question if he got injured it during a football match, Dvorkovich admitted that he no longer remembers.
“I do not remember, football or basketball. I don’t remember at what point it happened. It could be anywhere, even while playing chess,” he said.
