The speaker Andriy Parubiy said the work of MPs fruitful.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy closed the sixth session of the VIII convocation of Verkhovna Rada. In his speech, the speaker thanked the MPs for their work.
“During the work of this session was conducted 65 of the plenary. Adopted 125 laws in General, of which 25 ratifications, was adopted 38 laws in the first and repeated readings. At this session adopted resolutions 186 and other acts,” he listed paruby added that is grateful to the deputies for their fruitful work.
He also reminded that according to the schedule, the next session will begin September 5 and will last until 2 February 2018.
As reported, on the eve it became known that the Parliament goes on holiday until September 5. The deputies disagreed with the proposal of the speaker Andriy Parubiy extend the work of the ongoing sixth session of the Parliament. Question three was put on the ballot, but have not found necessary for adoption support.
