Doctors advise to limit the use of zucchini and asparagus.
An international group of dentists from Europe told that some vegetables have a negative impact on your dental health.
They can result in tooth decay and various gum diseases.
Doctors recommend limiting intake of squash, zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, sorrel, squash and asparagus.
Scientists explain that the minerals in these vegetables contain certain acids that can cause gum disease and tooth enamel.
To avoid the negative impact of these vegetables on the oral cavity, dentists recommend that you just brush your teeth or at least rinse your mouth after each meal, including eggplant, zucchini or asparagus.
