To keep our teeth healthy, Lin advises not to avoid in the diet of vitamins A, D, K2 and E.
Vitamin A is contained in: beef liver, milk, eggs. Vitamin D: fatty fish, mushrooms and herbs. Vitamin K2: cheese, eggs, butter, salami. Vitamin E: spinach, broccoli and nuts.
