Dekanoidze commented on the film investigates “the Murder of Paul”.
Former head of the National police of Ukraine Khatia Dekanoidze admitted that he did not know about the facts about the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet, who disclosed the journalists in the film-investigation “the Murder of Paul”.

She recalled that immediately after the murder Sheremet in 2016, has been set up task force to investigate the crime. However Dekanoidze said that all investigations were conducted of the GPU and it is written in the criminal procedure code. At her words, the operational group were even representatives of the security service and the police.
Dekanoidze said that she as head of the national police was responsible for the case.
“But I’m not an investigator, in the end she could not review all the terabytes of video,” she added in his defense.
