In the capital there’s a new scandal with the renaming of the Boulevard.
Famous artist Alexander Roitburd criticized the idea of renaming the Boulevard of Friendship of peoples in Kiev in honor of one of the ideologists of Ukrainian nationalism Mykola Mikhnovsky.
