Crossover Lamborghini Urus hid in the body of the Audi Q7.
Parking Munich airport is the editor of the British magazine Top Gear, Rowan from CBS Canterbury, noticed the unusual crossover in camouflage. On the test mule seen branded tape “Lamborghini” around the grille and on closer inspection you can see the Urus sticker on the driver’s door.
Before us is a mule of the Lamborghini Urus. It is therefore not surprising that from the bright kupeobrazny concept there was, perhaps, only the headlights, right front bumper. The crossover has a classic silhouette. Also, there are no bulging rear fenders. But don’t worry, Lamborghini say that the production version will be close to the concept.
At the moment about the car not much is known. It will be based on the same platform used for the Audi Q7, the Bentley Bentayga will be applied on the new generation Porsche Cayenne. Under the hood, the model will install a 4.0-liter Biturbo “eight”. The Panamera Turbo unit develops 542 HP (404 kW) and 770 Nm of torque. According to the management of the company, a choice in favor of a turbo engine made with a view to ensuring effective acceleration on the hard surface and high torque on the ground.
Crossover will present in the next year. Its production will begin in 2018.
