As you can see in the video, the road which goes to the author of the video perfectly smooth. On both sides are neat, basically a small two-story house.
Along the road are paved sidewalks, road signs.
On the road the driver has met the car road service, issuing a temporary traffic light. Workers washed the road and road signs.
The author of the video asked the question, why is this not possible in Ukraine. The blame for this if the mentality of the Ukrainians, or the same power? And whether the same – both together.
