The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine (PGO) appealed the measure of restraint for suspects of involvement in the shooting in knyazhichi, Kiev region, Kiev oblast.

By results of consideration of the petitions the court made the decision on the election of all 3 persons of a preventive measure in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest.
Disagreeing with this court decision, 6 September 2017 Prosecutor brought an appeal against the decision of Pechersky regional court about election of such measure of restraint to one of the suspects. Also, in the near future will be made to appeal to the court selected a measure of restraint 2 other suspects.
