The bombings in Luhansk are Russian special services, said Gur.
According to available data of the Ukrainian intelligence, the double terrorist act in the occupied Lugansk made a hybrid of engineer troops of the territorial army centre South of the armed forces under the leadership of FSB of the Russian Federation.
It is reported by the Main intelligence Directorate of the defense Ministry in Facebook.
“The goal is the prosecution of the leadership of Ukraine and law enforcement agencies in the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements and escalation of tension in the East, as well as creating a negative image of Ukraine on the eve of the discussion of Russian aggression against Ukraine, the leaders of the countries-participants of the Normandy format in Hamburg”, – stated in the message.
According to military intelligence, with the same purpose the Russian special services are planning to carry out a series of terrorist acts in the areas adjacent to control points of entry/exit from the occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
