Late last night on the route “Kharkiv-Simferopol” near the city of Melitopol a car collided with a truck.

As reported in Department, 40-year-old driver of the car “Geely Emgrand”, has left on an oncoming lane and faced the car “MAZ”. The result of his injuries at the scene, killing the driver and 12-the summer passenger of a passenger car.
“On this fact opened criminal proceedings on signs of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (Violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles). The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term from 5 to 10 ten with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years”, – reported in regional management of national police.
