Representatives of major Korean trading Corporation Posco Daewoo expressed interest in the creation of Ukrainian production of vehicles equipped with electric motors.
This was announced by Minister of infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian.
According to him, this week met with the CEO of this company, during which the representative of Korea appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Infrastructure development segment of electric vehicles in Ukraine.
The Minister also announced the arrival of the Korean delegation to Ukraine within the month to more specifically explore the possibility of production of electric cars in our country.
“We met with them and agreed that at the end of April-beginning of may they come from the delegation to explore the Ukrainian market relative to the sales opportunities and prospects of production of electric vehicles,” – said the Minister.
According to him, the company already has experience in Ukraine, which is a positive aspect for deepening cooperation between the two countries.
