Dacha Amnesty proposed to expand and extend for five years

In the State Duma introduced a bill to extend until March 1, 2026 dacha Amnesty and its extension, reports TASS.

The draft law was made the head of the state Duma Committee on state construction and legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov, and a group of senators. They offer to extend the simplified order of registration of the rights of Russians in the individual houses and buildings on the land, territories of individual housing construction and personal subsidiary farming. In particular, the dacha Amnesty, if the project is approved, will be valid until March 1, 2026.

In addition, Amnesty wants to expand due to the spread in different categories of land.

Earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed a law restoring “dacha Amnesty” until March 1, 2021. Until date the title to the houses built on garden plots will be carried out in the same simplified manner — if you have the right to land would only need the technical plan. All the necessary documents, the owner will be able to submit the registration on their own.
