Customs detained thousands of parcels from China

Tens of thousands of parcels from China has accumulated at the customs of Russia, and are unlikely to reach recipients in this year or next – they simply do not miss. The reason lies in the new rules of the national customs imposed unexpectedly for the Russians and for foreign online stores.

The essence of the new rules in the following: the seller shall conduct the registration of each parcel and to specify not only the link to the product, but also an INN of the addressee, that is, we will need to put in a network one more piece of personal information on public display. According to customs officials, this new way of dealing with the purchase on the nominees to bypass the payment of a fee. In fact, no one was ready to this innovation – neither buyers nor sellers.

First I don’t wait for their parcels, many of which the new year presents for yourself and loved ones, and the second will incur a loss because buyers will request a refund. The Federal customs service, of course, refused even to comment on the situation, although it is obvious that what happened in the collapse it is only my fault alone. How soon the problem will be solved and will be solved if at all – is still unknown. In short, remembering a free translation of the famous phrase from “the Matrix”, the FCS has you.
