In Kiev, near the Mariinsky Park, the driver of the Skoda car parked on the sidewalk, completely blocking passage for pedestrians.
This was reported on the community page “Hero Park” in the social network Facebook, which published the corresponding photo.

As you can see in the picture below around the car, pedestrians need to go on the roadway.
