In Ukraine for the first time introduced quality control heating.
The national Commission of regulation of energy and utilities (NKREKU) was the first to introduce monitoring of quality indicators in the field of heat supply.
This was reported by the press service of the regulator.
With this purpose on October 26 public meeting of the national Commission adopted the draft reporting forms in terms of continuity and quality of heat supply as well as the report on indicators of commercial quality of service in the heating sector.
The adoption of these reporting forms will enable the national Commission to obtain information about quality parameters of heat supply in three directions.
In particular, the statements about continuity of heat supply will be submitted annually and contain data on the average duration of interruptions in supply, their quantity and the duration of the accident in excess of allowable terms.
Annual reports on the quality of the coolant will contain the number of cases of non-compliance with the parameters of pressure/temperature on the measurement results.
Reports on the commercial quality of the services will be provided on a quarterly basis and will include data on the number of services provided and the number and percentage of services, the performance of which exceeded established deadlines.
It is noted that the introduction of monitoring will allow the regulator to inform consumers and all interested parties on the indicators of quality of services of heat supply to licensees of the Commission; in the long term is to take into account indicators of the quality of services the tariffs of the licensees in the heating sector.
The national Commission added that with the introduction of monitoring of indicators of quality of services in the field of heating was used the experience of the Commission for monitoring and regulation of quality of services in the field of electricity supply (ongoing since 2006), gas supply (from 2017), in the areas of centralized water supply and drainage (2017).
