“The issue reached the Minister of defense, to the President — said the President of the Union of the enterprises of defensive industries of Sverdlovsk area Nikolay Klein. — In the near future will be taken serious managerial decisions”.
Klein clarified that “Start” was not able to deliver the required equipment to the enterprises of the concern “Almaz-Antey” (including Izhevsk Electromechanical plant Kupol and the Ulyanovsk mechanical plant).
