SCM Rinat Akhmetov bought DTEK Donetskoblenergo.
The company Ornex, a member of the group SCM businessman Rinat Akhmetov, acquired on the stock exchange inneks 25% shares of DTEK Donetskoblenergo for sale by the state property Fund of Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the SCM.
“For SCM purchasing at a privatization auction of a 25% stake in PJSC DTEK Donetskoblenergo is a portfolio investment. Strategic management has been and remains for DTEK as the majority shareholder, owning 71.5% of shares of PJSC DTEK Donetskoblenergo”, – explained in the SCM.
Recall that the transaction took place at at a starting price of 143,8 million, due to the fact that the purchase of shares claimed by only one bidder.
Thus, 16.4 million shares (25% of the securities) DTEK Donetskoblenergo was sold at a price of 8.78 UAH per piece.
According to the Agency Interfax-Ukraine , the last transaction with shares of DTEK Donetskoblenergo on the stock market of the Ukrainian exchange (UX) recorded may 26, 2017. The price of securities following the transaction amounted to 5.9 UAH per share.
