Colorful houses of the brightest streets in the world. Photo

In the historic district of Buenos Aires there is a remarkable street of El Caminito.

Here all the houses painted very bright colours, so tourists like to arrange photosets here. There is also sell their creations of local sculptors, painters.

Once these houses was inhabited by sailors. They have become colorful because usually the paint of one color is not enough for the whole house. Over time, the district was abandoned and in the 1950s, the artist Benito Quinquela Martin began to restore it. Now the area became the cultural center of the capital, but in the evening becomes one of the most dangerous.
