Show Prada spring-summer 2018
Impressions of Miuccia Prada is always stylish, original and tasteful. Season spring-summer of 2018 is no exception!
Prada thin feel trends: cartoon characters on t-shirts, trench coats, though made of cloth, superskie points and focus on the tomboy style — that we saw the show Home of the Italian fashion Week in Milan.
It prints comics become the highlight of the Prada collection. They settled on oversize coats, shirts and handbags. Things I want to examine and read them for hours. As said the designer after the show: “Animators and artists mango and comics — it’s the same creators of contemporary art from 30 till 60-ies of the last century. I am inspired by the idea — to take pencil in hand and draw the story of my life.”
Of Miuccia virtually abandoned the gentle maiden images. We see on the models in coats, shorts, dresses, drums, conceal the figure, and skirts to mid-calf. The only vestige of femininity can only be called a jacquard bandeau and strapless bodice, worn over a voluminous shirt men’s cut. However, the idea of this combination is simple: Prada reiterated feminization, recalls the importance of women’s role. And we completely agree with her!
